I was booked for 8 p.m. and waited more than an hour and a half before anyone served me. It was disrespectful to me and my partner, and I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. Once we finally got into the room, there was a strong smell of cleaning product.

The breakfast is generous and really good, and the rooms are lovely. The place is well located, the staff are attentive, and I found the price very affordable. They no longer tell you when your time is nearly up, but if you ask them to set an alarm, they'll let you know. They said it was so they wouldn't disturb us. I'll definitely come back! ✨️

The themed decor is fun and breakfast is good, but the reception staff's lack of preparation and the way I was treated left me feeling disrespected as a customer. Rogério at the entrance was a good guy, and the cleaning staff were great too. I can't say the same for reception. At check-in, in front of other guests, the receptionist firmly said I hadn't paid for the night, even though I showed proof in the Hotéis.com app. She kept insisting, so I had to open my banking app and show my statement, then send the receipt on WhatsApp. It was very embarrassing. I later read other reviews and realized the double charge hadn't happened only to me. An additional visitor paid the fee directly at reception the day before, while I was standing beside her. The next day, they said it hadn't been paid. They later called to confirm that it had. The hotel has cameras, and the visitor has a receipt too, so the service failure was clear.

Everything worked around the clock, which made things even easier. The rooms were spotless and the service was wonderful. It was the best experience I could've had, and I'll definitely return!
