A madhouse. The doorman was rude, badly behaved, and emotionally out of control. The area felt dangerous, with lots of users at the entrance and apparently inside too. My Uber driver warned me not to walk on that street, even during the day, because there are many robberies.

The hallways smell of drugs, people shout there, and I heard loud music. The whole place feels like a dump. My boyfriend and I have been staying here for a week, and every time we go out, the doorman makes it difficult to get back in. We always give our apartment number and names over the intercom, and our names are on the rental record, but he still leaves us waiting outside for ages, asking lots of questions as if we weren't there. He even saw us leave and return just five seconds later and still held us up. The street is very dangerous, with many homeless people and crack users. We could have been robbed plenty of times while waiting for the doorman to decide to open the door. We got lucky and weren't robbed because we're alert, but someone unfamiliar with São Paulo could easily be targeted. The doorman is rude too. If you want peace and quiet, I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place. If I could give it zero stars, I would, but that's not an option. This building is a disgrace.

I had a very bad experience and wouldn't recommend them. We also filed a complaint. They got in touch on the day of the booking to say the service we had reserved wasn't available and that they were trying to find something similar. But the payment details they sent later didn't match what Booking.com had shown. They wouldn't let us pay by card either, saying payment had to be made through a tool that isn't used throughout Latin America. They also told the guest to cancel the reservation and said we'd already been warned.

The people who go there are really polite. It's lovely, clean, and quiet.
