The apartment is conveniently located on Av. Paulista, close to the metro and many attractions, but the stay was a mess. The apartment was dirty, with hair in the shower, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. After a long trip in extreme heat with young children, we couldn’t even shower. Staff offered only a smaller unit that couldn’t fit four people, so I had to ask for cleaning supplies and clean the place myself while exhausted. The pre-check-in through an app should be optional. We came to relax, not deal with more bureaucracy. On arrival, one elevator was out of service and taped off, and the other two couldn’t keep up. The night and morning staff were unresponsive and seemed used to complaints, but offered no suitable solution. We nearly missed our flight because it took staff more than 45 minutes to unlock our room and retrieve a personal item we’d forgotten. I strongly advise against staying here. There are better options in the city with more amenities, better service, and reasonable prices.

The location is top notch, with easy Metro access, and the staff are helpful. The prices are good and the place is very functional, though some rooms are small and a bit loud. For 2 to 3 nights exploring the area and nightlife, it works perfectly. Breakfast is good, but nearby places can match the buffet. Padaria Paulista is on the same block, and Padaria Charlotte at 1333 Bela Cintra is an excellent French padaria within walking distance of Ape, with outstanding Ambiente and extremely good coffee and food.

The rooms are very nice and well equipped, with great beds and amazing views from the 13th floor. It’s good value for money in a very sought-after location. The shower temperature kept varying, though it wasn’t a big deal, and the window lets in the street noise. I got used to that quickly as a city person. No complaints from me.

Really lovely, cozy apartments, very clean and well organized. The receptionist and the whole team made us feel welcome. Incredible stay, I’ll be back soon!

Bare bones, and the Wi-Fi was bad. There wasn’t a nightstand, so I tried putting my charging phone on the headboard. It fell and cracked 👍
