It met my needs because it was close to where I had to go. The owner is an older woman who handles reception and registers the guests. She was nice to us and let us put our water bottles in the establishment’s kitchen fridge. The rooms are very small and basic, with no minibar. The air conditioning in my room was broken, but there was a fan. There’s no 24-hour reception. The owner, who runs reception, leaves at 21h, and only guests are there after that. Nothing unusual happened at the property overnight or during my stay. There’s no breakfast, though a restaurant downstairs serves it, and there’s no parking. I paid 261,00 for a double room from 19.11 to 20.11.25, for 1.5 nights.

This was my second stay here, and it’s great value for money. The windows have noise insulation, and the rooms are comfortable, with everything you need for a good, modest stay. Special thanks to Maria, who’s always attentive and helps with the bags. It’s a great spot, easy to reach the metro and liberdade.

The location worked really well for us, with a metro station, bakery, restaurant, and pharmacy all nearby. We stayed in a double room with a private bathroom. It had a roomy double bed, clean towels, a TV, and air conditioning, though the bathroom itself was pretty basic. The hotel is simple and cozy. A woman who helped us was really kind: we arrived before check-in and she let us leave our bags at reception while we went to lunch. We weren't given soap, and there was no mini fridge, so storing the water bottles I bought was inconvenient.

The neighborhood felt very safe to us, and the place was clean, organized, and practical. The host sent all the instructions over WhatsApp, and following them worked out fine. Street parking may be available, but it wasn't always there, so we used the partner lot right next door. It's insured, open 24 hours, and has a valet. No advance ticket needed. We were told it has 84 spaces and costs R$35 for 12 hours. There's also an Omo laundry room. Download the app from the Play Store, sign up, pay R$15, and the machine unlocks pretty quickly.
