I live right next door to this building. It was built in an area with underground water sources, in the middle of homes surrounding a plot where construction had previously been prohibited. It has taken away our air, our view, and our peace. Whenever there’s a rock or pop concert, people from the building and others who attended the show gather behind my wall, apparently in a garden or similar area near some coconut or palm trees. They stay there until morning, talking and laughing loudly as if they were in our bedrooms. We can’t sleep all night. I’ve asked the remote electronic front desk to address it three times, with no result. This isn’t a one-off, and surely the building’s own residents are bothered too. Doesn’t the building have rules? These people should be fined. Please take action. There’s another issue: thousands of liters of water are wasted on the streets every day, causing potholes in the asphalt. Management hasn’t even asked the subprefecture to fill them or to reuse the clean groundwater exposed by the excavation. Building this place among homes in an area that was previously off-limits feels like greed. People who don’t live in the building also park in its garage on these concert gathering days. It’s a mess and terrible administration.
