Check-in turned out to be pretty simple. They sent me a WhatsApp message, and I replied with a photo and some ID details for security. After that, they gave me the suite number and door code. Once I was there, I just pressed the doorbell and spoke to a real person to get in. The room was good, though there were a few small mold spots in the bathroom. I enjoyed the stay and would come back depending on the price. Thanks.

Getting to the hotel was harder than it should've been. Apart from that, it was very clean and organized. They'd left a note explaining how to get help if needed, which I liked.

We never actually stayed at the hotel. My husband and I were sent there by someone else because it was near the airport. We arrived without a reservation, walked through the open door to reception, and waited several minutes, but nobody came to help. Outside, I found an intercom, and the person answering asked us a lot of unpleasant, irrelevant questions. Everything was supposed to be handled on the website, including check-in, and the whole process was far too slow and bureaucratic. I made a reservation, then asked to cancel it as soon as the airline moved my flight earlier. We hadn't used the hotel, so I requested a refund of the amount I paid by Pix. They said they wouldn't refund me because I'd completed check-in, even though we didn't use the room, and claimed they'd lost the chance to rent it to other guests. I felt cheated.
