Ayra Higienópolis - Apartamentos mobiliados com excelente vista e localização

The parking is poorly planned, and I don't feel secure here, which is worrying as a resident. That's on top of the recurring problems with upkeep and management in a building that presents itself as luxury and charges accordingly. I've faced improper charges for using shared areas, even after sending the contract showing those charges don't apply when the use isn't exclusive. The pool is often dirty, and the air conditioning in common areas is frequently broken or out of service, making the gym and other spaces uncomfortable to use. General maintenance falls short too. Problems take a long time to fix, or never get a lasting solution. Promises made when I rented were not kept, and later the administration changed its story. People pay a lot to live in a building like this expecting good facilities, comfort, and professional management. At a minimum, residents should get organization, proper maintenance, and respect. I sincerely hope the administration takes these issues seriously and changes how it runs the building. Right now, the experience is far below what it promises.

We've stayed in all three Ayra buildings, and Ayra Higienópolis really stands out. The facilities and cleanliness are great, but it's the care in the details and the service that make it special. We'll definitely stay again, and we recommend it.

The leisure area faces a group of residential buildings behind Ayra Higienópolis, and the noise has been disturbing residents. There are recurring parties on the rooftop and in common areas on the sixth or seventh floor, with shouting, loud music, live musicians, and excessive noise. They clearly have no schedule or control. We've contacted management several times, but it keeps happening. At a recent meeting, they gave us a contact phone number that doesn't work. So far Ayra Higienópolis has been a terrible experience for the neighbors. I'm still hoping they'll respect us soon.
