Breakfast was okay, but the rest left me really disappointed. The room was extremely small, and the Wi-Fi was so weak that working was impossible. I got disconnected every 20 minutes. Check-in took over 15 minutes, and the receptionist was cold, seemed annoyed I was there, and didn't make me feel welcome. For what I paid, I could have stayed somewhere much cheaper with better service. The area feels very dangerous at night, so be careful. They also charge 20BRL per item to store your luggage, even a small backpack you could put on top of your suitcase. RUDE STAFF! BAD WIFI!!

The area around it feels less safe, though the hotel itself is highly recommended.

Breakfast and dinner are above average, and the pizza is really good. The rooms are okay, and the place is clean and well equipped. The little store for supplies is very useful too.

The area didn't feel safe, and the internet was only 5mb, so it wasn't suitable for working. Check-in and checkout each took more than 20 minutes, and this was the first hotel where I've had to pay to leave my luggage. I don't get why it's so crowded. Poor service, worst experience 😂

The neighborhood feels kind of dangerous, though the hotel has security around the clock. The staff are really nice, and breakfast is satisfying. The hotel itself is great.
