The walls are incredibly thin. You can hear neighbors on either side talking or hitting the walls, and people upstairs walking as the floorboards creak. Worst apartment building I’ve been to.
A great location for walking around downtown Sp. The metro is on the street, and there’s also a really cozy square nearby :)
The place itself was tidy and decent, but that didn't make up for how we were treated. Three friends and I had already checked in earlier that day, yet we were left outside at night for an hour waiting for an employee to let us in. One friend's phone had died, and it was the only one with our Airbnb host's contact. We had to practically beg staff to charge it at the entrance so we could get the host's confirmation. Apparently facial recognition would have avoided all this, but nobody had told us it was urgent to set up. They could at least have let us wait inside the lobby or kept the host's number for emergencies. There was no respect or empathy for the people staying there.
The location is great, but the stress really isn't worth it. I saw several arguments at the entrance because the doormen and staff were rude, sarcastic, and arrogant with guests. I'm usually a peaceful person and never thought I'd lose my calm like that, but I was treated so badly that I ended up arguing too. The building was filthy and poorly maintained, and the staff were incredibly disrespectful. They ruined my trip. If you want a calm stay without feeling humiliated every time you come and go, don't book an Airbnb here. Awful.
