I lived here for a year. The location is great, and the staff are professional and honest. The neighbors were noisy, though, and the building's sound insulation is terrible. Even after dozens of complaints, no steps were taken to discourage the bad behavior of the neighbors on the 15th floor. The construction company should be sued for such shoddy work. While I lived here, I never got a single complaint about noise or any other bad behavior.

This was a terrible experience. Luciene at the entrance was extremely rude to me and the other service providers, making everyone uncomfortable. It's a respectable condominium with a ridiculous front desk. They should talk to this unhappy person, or she'll keep giving the place a bad image. What an unpleasant person.

The reception feels more like a five-star hotel, and Ludmila, the receptionist, was very attentive and polite.

A complete building with beautiful architecture. Excellent.
