The apartment was comfortable, clean, safe, and quiet, so we had a fantastic stay. Thanks to the local Charlie staff, Isabella and Júlio, who were so helpful, friendly, and attentive.
The apartment was dirty and old. They promised cleaning within two days, but nobody showed up. I don't recommend it.
Charlie gave us incredible service, especially Júlio. We had a smooth check-in and were welcomed very warmly.
This is awful. I own a unit in a residential block, and Charlie operates hotel services in units there, against the condo rules. It disturbs the residents' peace. The owners and management seem complicit, without respecting residents' peace or safety.
I was robbed! I left my toiletry bag in apartment 506 on 21/02 and contacted them right away. After all the hassle of arranging a time to collect it, I went there and found that practically everything inside had been stolen: my perfume, four face creams, even my deodorant. It's appalling to pay to stay somewhere safe in São Paulo and then be robbed there. They should improve the pay for cleaning staff so guests don't get robbed. I want to know who cleaned the apartment on 21/02.
