After nearly a week, I asked for clean towels and sheets and was told cleaning would cost R$155. I was willing to pay, but the payment links kept breaking, the browsers failed, and the form demanded things like a CPF and Brazilian zip code without giving foreigners an option. I tried several cards on different devices and kept getting errors. Support just told me to try again, and I spent all Friday night wrestling with the system for towels. Their bot also kept messaging late at night with payment links, automated surveys, and chirpy check-ins, even after I asked it to stop. At 1 a.m. it was still sending messages. The internet login was broken too. Support sent canned chatbot replies instead of fixing it, and wasted my time asking for pictures of a modem that wasn't even in the room. Access was another ordeal. Every time I entered, I had to hand over my passport and booking details at the door and wait while the concierge struggled with them. Charlie said this was for security, but other guests in the building clearly had face recognition access. Their setup for temporary guests simply doesn't work. From the moment I checked in, the stay at Charlie Pinheiros was frustrating. There was no understanding of basic guest needs like working internet, easy building access, clean linens, and responsive human help. I got endless scripts, broken systems, and blame shifted to third-party platforms. I wouldn't stay here again and strongly recommend avoiding it. The advertised app-based convenience was a maze of failed automation and nonexistent hospitality.

The accommodations and location were perfect, but the room wasn't completely clean. Our shower was broken, and there was no hot water. Check-in was a last-minute hassle because they couldn't find our booking number easily, and we had no Wi-Fi outside the airport. We ended up waiting there about 45 minutes to sort it out.

I couldn't check in when I arrived because they'd never sent the apartment number or entry details, and it was impossible to reach them the whole day I was due to arrive. Their own check-in process was meant to make things smoother, but all I got was a robot. There was no staff or concierge to help. I had to find somewhere else to stay. This was the most useless, disappointing, infuriating accommodation experience I've ever had. Avoid it at all costs.

The balcony door stays open, leaving you exposed to outside noise and the outdoors. We also stood outside the building for 45 minutes because nobody answered our messages and there was no reception. Avoid this place.
