The apartment itself is fine, but there was loud construction right next door all day. How can they sell a room with active construction beside it? It seems fraudulent.
I rented a room, but couldn’t get in because the facial recognition system didn’t recognize me. I tried for three hours, and support couldn’t fix it. My reservation ended up being canceled, and they wouldn’t let me move it to another day or give me a refund. Terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
We made the reservation two months ahead, but close to the date, Charlie window Moema messaged to say they had to put us somewhere else. They sent us to another building, where we found out we needed facial identification to get in, something we hadn’t done because the company hadn’t explained it properly. Their only way to contact them was WhatsApp. When we tried to sort it out, they acted as if they didn’t understand and kept saying the reservation was all fine, but they still wouldn’t let us in. We waited over two hours and got nowhere. It was absurdly disorganized and careless. We’d already paid for the stay, yet we were left outside without lunch, water, or a bathroom. How does a company not know that facial identification is needed to enter the building? I’m outraged.
The apartment was spotless, tidy, and new. We felt right at home.
