Columbia Residence

The team is wonderful and the service is excellent. I love staying here at the FLAT. It feels like my home in São Paulo, which is why I like it so much.

The staff were attentive, but the price is far too high for what you get. Breakfast was extremely poor, and the dishes they provided were very dirty. The bath towels were dingy too. They need to manage the cleaning of the bed and bath linens better; the hygiene throughout the service was in awful shape.

The location in Jardins is a real plus, and the service was about what you'd expect, which is why I gave it three stars. The room itself had a lot of problems: old fixtures, thin walls where you can hear everything from nearby apartments, and a noisy bed and living-room sofa. There was just one glass for a booking of two guests. Instead of a microwave, there was a small gas oven, an unusual choice for a place with regular guest turnover. Breakfast was below criticism. The cable TV was really just a tiny monitor, around 14 inches or so, perched on a table that was much too low.

We had a great stay here while attending an annual conference, and we've already booked our return. The location is excellent, near Ginásio Ibirapuera and Carrefour, with plenty of options for whatever you need. The room service was excellent, and all the staff gave us plenty of attention. The place was organized and comfortable, the parking was good, and the price was fair.
