Wonderful!

WARNING!! Never book at this building!! NEVER!!! I arrived at 4:30 pm and waited an hour for the room. When they finally gave it to me, it hadn't been cleaned. They had no other room, so they sent us to another hotel, where there weren't the three beds we needed and my son had to sleep on a small sofa. A day later, the cleaning still hadn't been done. We had to move to yet another hotel and start taking action to get back the money I'd paid in full in advance for George V Etoile. The worst service I've ever seen. NEVER, EVER FALL FOR THIS TRAP!

Terrible. The room smelled moldy, and the shower water turned cold after a certain hour at night. There was no room service after 10 pm. The laundry stained my clothes and took no responsibility. No surprise it closed, it was operating in unacceptable conditions. Decadent barely covers it, it was unsanitary.

The location is the best part, in the Jardins area between Av Paulista and Oscar Freire, at the city's best tourist spot. The accommodation is luxurious and spacious inside, with a cozy atmosphere and warm, caring service. The social areas are perfect, with a gym, an outdoor Jacuzzi, and a wonderful sauna. An extraordinary place.
