The location is decent. The bed is quite large and comfortable, though the air conditioner seems to blow warm air all the time, so I don’t think it’s working.

The shower was unbelievably good, unlike any I’ve had before. Everything was very clean too, and the stay was incredible.

The rooms are beautiful and so cozy, I’m completely charmed by them. This has become my favorite hotel in SP. As long as the value stays this good, we’ll keep staying here!

The hotel’s in a great spot, with Shopping Vila Olímpia right next door, plus snack bars, restaurants, a bakery, and pharmacies nearby. My fiancé and I stayed on the 30th and 31st and loved it. Everyone was kind and polite, and we got great help from the reception team at both check-in and check-out. The room was charming, clean, and well organized. The bed was incredibly comfortable and large. We really enjoyed our short stay and will come back when we can.

We couldn’t get towels to use at the pool because the host wanted to charge an extra fee, though that charge hadn’t been mentioned anywhere before our stay. The place also wasn’t fully clean, with lots of hair on the floor, carpet, and cushions.
