The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the staff gave great service. It’s a nice, clean hotel in a fabulous spot, with lots of good restaurants just a short walk away.

The rooms feel a little dated, but they’re okay, and the service is good. The area is great and safe, with plenty of restaurants and bars, plus a couple of supermarkets, pharmacies, fast food places, and bakeries. There’s even a park nearby if you like running.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the walkable Itaim Bibi location, with lots of restaurant and bar choices. The hotel is great for location, rooms, and service, and the view from the higher floors is lovely. Just across the street there’s a popular cafe where locals go for breakfast and lunch. The hotel breakfast is good too, though it’s currently served outside the restaurant. I hope that’s temporary, since the space is small. The room had air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and good space, although the bathroom was a bit small. We liked having a fully stocked fridge with snacks and drinks, along with a Nespresso coffee maker.

Breakfast was fabulous every morning, and the staff were very helpful. Many could communicate in English. The bed was very comfortable, and the service was great, though the rooms are small and feel dated, especially the bathrooms. Bring outlet adapters. The location is great, with everything you need within walking distance. A great experience overall, no complaints.
