DSG Itaim

We stayed in an apartment from the company "Conviva Temporada" and liked it a lot. The building is modern, well designed, and nicely decorated, with a Life Fitness equipped gym, an infinity pool, and a full leisure area. It’s in a strategic part of Itaim Bibi, close to some of the best restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets. Claude Troigros’s restaurant and Fornada bakery are both very close, and Hospital Sírio Libanês is nearby too, in case you need an exam or appointment. It’s a well-known medical reference in Latin America.

The staff are friendly, and the location works well, with restaurants, a pharmacy, and a bakery nearby. My husband and I have now stayed in an Airbnb in this building twice, and whenever we return to São Paulo, we prefer to stay here. The bed is good and very comfortable, and there’s a gym, meeting room, and a great shower.

The Airbnb apartment was advertised as luxury with all the necessary amenities, but that wasn’t true. The cleaning was poor, the bathroom pipes had an issue, and the sheets were cheap and low quality. We had trouble with the water draining, and neither the Airbnb contact nor the building representative offered to help. The hotel receptionists were indifferent and inattentive too. Don’t judge by appearances. I don’t recommend this place, it wasn’t worth what we paid.

The building is very new, and the flat itself was beautiful. We stayed in Mônica’s flat, “Design no coração Itaim Bibi - Airbnb,” and she was an excellent, very responsive host. The condo is still adjusting, though. The night staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and polite, while the morning staff were the opposite. Maybe there was some issue with the condo or the staff.
