The reception staff were helpful whenever we needed them. It’s a great hotel in one of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo.

Vila Olimpia is a great location, and the staff were friendly and responsible. The building itself is impressive, but it hasn’t been kept up that well and the rooms feel dated. The air conditioner only cools, even though São Paulo winters can call for heat. Road noise carries through all night because there are no double-glazed windows.

We stayed for 10 days and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were cleaned well each day, and the price was nice for a place with a kitchenette, two separate rooms, and a balcony. The Brazilian buffet breakfast was decent, though it was the same every morning. We were out exploring Sâo Paulo!!!! and never ate lunch or dinner there. :-)))

A good choice if you’re staying more than 3 nights. There’s a nice pool open until 22 during summer, a good restaurant, fair breakfast, and the bed was reasonable. It’s a cheap, well located place with everything needed for quick meals.
