There’s a lot for residents at this condo in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo. The rooftop has two saunas, one dry and one steam, plus a pool that can be heated or left unheated. There’s also a massage room, and you can hire the professional through the building reception. The rooftop has several spaces for meetings, parties, and other events. Downstairs, residents have a gym with a personal trainer available. Room service runs every day of the week, and laundry service is offered once a week.

The hotel is in a good location and breakfast is good. A few things could be better, like the soap and complimentary water. They should also ask all guests to keep noise down after 10 p.m.

I'm completely unhappy with both the building's management and the real estate agency, which offered me no support even after I reported what happened. As a tenant, I came home to find that someone had entered my apartment without permission, taken the plants from the balcony, and other items had gone missing. The owner had given the plants away while I was out. I also sent two bags of clothes to the laundry on Thursday. It's outsourced by the building but included in the service package. On Tuesday, one bag came back dirty, and they said those clothes weren't included and would cost extra. Why didn't they tell me that earlier, instead of returning them dirty four days later? The other bag disappeared. I asked the building manager, Sr Domingos, what was going on, but he couldn't give me an answer. When I said I'd speak to the building association president after work, I was told he doesn't take calls because he works elsewhere and only sees residents from 10 to 11, Monday through Saturday. After all this, it's easy to see why the building is such a mess.
