We got the keys 37 days ago, but still can't start any work on the place, let alone move in. The construction has some serious flaws, and the window frames are poor quality. After sales support has been awful, and the system for opening service requests is completely broken.

The handover process has been pretty bad so far. It was supposed to be delivered in September 2024, and now it's February 2025. I still haven't been able to get the keys to my unit because they can't finish addressing the inspection notes.

Setor Esquina Pinheiros has commercial rooms for sale. There are two 15 m² units available right now. The development has units ranging from 11 m² to 21 m², with 13 units on each floor, and spaces on floors 1 through 5. Parking spaces aren't included. I bought an apartment at esquina, and getting help after the sale has been terrible. I can't update my details on the website, and WhatsApp isn't working either. I asked for an electronic copy of the property plan, but nobody has replied. I can't reach them through any channel, including email, phone, or WhatsApp.
