Really good breakfast, friendly people, and a good hotel.

The afternoon food is a really nice free perk, and the SUM has a terrific city view, though it closes after 21, which seems odd. The rooms are very large, and breakfast is seriously good, with plenty of variety and quality products. Still, they're dirty, some things are broken, and other parts feel dated. The advertised view only applies to certain rooms on certain floors, since the many surrounding buildings block it elsewhere. The pool is tiny, even for a kid, and the WiFi is terrible, as expected. It works, but you come in expecting more. I'd call it a 7/10, around 3.5 stars, and not terrible.

The breakfast was good, and for this price I'd recommend the hotel. I arrived at 6 am after a long flight and asked for a room, but reception said none was available until 2 pm. I waited in the lobby until 11:30 am, when they gave me one. I'd rate the place 8 out of 10. It was excellent overall. Thanks.

The gym was grimy, with sweat marks dried on the equipment, and there was no electricity there on weekends. Staff at the lobby were unfriendly too. I put my laundry in the request bag, but the cleaner never collected it. I had asked about weekend laundry, which wasn't available, and they only handed me the bag, so I thought that was how to request the service. When I asked what happened, they said I could use express laundry for 50 percent more. I'd only stay here if every other hotel was unavailable.
