The gym is a real plus, and there's a 25-meter pool, though you have to book it through an app. The apartment is only a two-minute walk from Huawei's office area, which is handy for work. The rooms are very small and the facilities are basic, but it does have everything you need. Those same points about the small rooms and basic but complete facilities came up repeatedly.

There's a good gym and pool, plus an indoor mini-market with a nice selection. The green space is handy for pets to play in. It feels very secure, and there are lots of foreign neighbors.

The facade looks beautiful, but the staff experience has been disastrous. I'm a resident, and what I expected was much better. Around 90% of the staff don't seem prepared for this kind of resident service or understand the people living here. The front desk staff stay on their phones, and the security guards seem more focused on social media. The manager, Bruno, was supposed to make things easier, but he came across as unfriendly and not helpful at all. I'd rather deal with nothing than with him. I emailed the building manager, Camila, and got no reply. I had to practically beg for my condo bill, and nobody answered until they told me to use the portal, which I can't access. When I sent information about my move, they again said I needed to use the portal. Then an employee, Fabrielly, contacted me from her personal phone. She seemed completely unprepared. I suspect Bruno asked her to do that, which would make him seem even less prepared. I don't recommend this place.

There are only two washers and two dryers in the laundry room, so lines build up. The machines break down often, and service comes only after they've been out of order for a week. The indoor pool isn't heated.
