The room windows let in a lot of street noise. The hotel is on a busy street, especially in the evenings and at night, so I wouldn't recommend staying here. The bathroom was awful. The toilet had a problem, and both the shower and tap only had hot water, no cold. There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or brush. The hairdryer would switch off after about 10 seconds, then take over 8-10 minutes before it worked again. Our room's air conditioner didn't work properly either, and the smart TV was painfully slow. The room was small, though the bedsheets were clean. The location is fine, close to everything, and the hotel service was okay, but it could be much better. Only one person at reception spoke English. Breakfast was a 6/10. The hotel doesn't come close to 5 stars, or even 4, and the price wasn't worth it for a Twin Deluxe room that didn't meet its standards. I can only imagine what the standard twin is like. Best regards.

The room and location were great, and the staff were extremely nice. Thanks especially to Leonardo at reception, always smiling and ready to help, and to Mariana and Josiel on the breakfast team, who were so nice. The service overall was great. I’ll definitely be back.

I love the location, and the staff are friendly. The hotel could do better with service, though. If you want the sauna running, you can't count on staff and have to handle it yourself. The gym is small.

There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and the staff are helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant works well for a quick lunch, and the hotel offers 24-hour service. The sandwiches are pretty good for a late-night snack. Cable TV could use more channels.

For the price, I guess it's fair, but it wasn't a very good stay. I was there for three days, and the place felt dated and dirty. São Paulo has a lot of old hotels that never get renovated, and this one is no different. The fee wasn't that high, at least.
