Flat Lindo ao lado Park Ibirapuera e Av Paulista smart tv 103

The location is a real plus. The area feels safe, and it’s easy to get to Parque Ibirapuera, Avenida Paulista, and Congonhas Airport. There’s also on-site parking if you’re driving. The room itself was a good size and very clean, with a great bathroom and shower, so it was comfortable after a day out in the city. The restaurant in the building serves a delicious, varied breakfast. At R$ 30,00 per person, the November 2025 price, I thought it was good value. They also let me leave my bags at reception when I arrived before check-in. One drawback: they don’t offer the same luggage storage at checkout, which makes things difficult if you have plans in the city before traveling. I recommend Flat Ibirapuera if you want a clean, comfortable place in a convenient part of São Paulo.
