Flat Luxo Moema

I booked through Booking, paid already, and had everything confirmed. Then, less than 24 hours before check-in, they emailed to cancel because there was supposedly no availability. I’d planned the whole trip, and at that point prices were through the roof. As soon as I canceled, the room showed up on Booking again at a higher price. Don’t fall for this. They canceled less than a day before I was due to arrive.

The hotel was a complete mess organization-wise. I booked and paid directly with them, and my confirmation said breakfast was included. During breakfast, Simone from the café kept insisting it wasn’t part of my rate and told me to pay at reception after I ate, even though it had already been paid for. The hotel needs better communication between staff. And even if breakfast hadn’t been included, charging someone after their meal would have made more sense than confronting them while they were eating. My stay was booked with the hotel, and the confirmation clearly included breakfast. No professionalism at all.

Clean, comfortable flat. Ten out of ten.

The place was really well equipped, and everything else was excellent. The only drawback was that no cleaning was done during my stay.
