The apartments inside are modern and very nice, but there's a lot to consider before moving in. It's right beside a small favela, which I found dangerous. Noise was also extreme: the highway and bars are close, and there is no sound insulation, so it feels like you're outdoors even with the windows and balcony doors shut. A bar with loud music and people stays open until 11 or 12 at night almost every day. Entry relies on facial recognition, and it failed for me most of the time, so I had to call security to let me in. Coming home late with that community next door and the face system not working was a worrying prospect.

The location is good, the facilities are excellent, and the staff are friendly. But the bar on the corner makes unbearable noise from Wednesday through Sunday. Don't live here unless you enjoy out-of-tune Sertanejo singers four nights a week.
