Go Platô Perdizes

You can walk to Allianz Parque, Bourbon Shopping, Sesc Pompéia, and Hospital São Camilo from this well-located building. There’s a Pão de Açúcar supermarket right next door. The property has a pool, gym, coworking space, and laundry. I’d definitely recommend staying here or renting a unit.

I spent the weekend here with my fiancé. The building is brand new and always clean, and the pool is very well cared for. It’s easy to get around by transit, with a shopping mall and restaurants close by.

Awful. They didn’t honor the reservation or the check-in time, leaving you out on the street in the sun with your luggage. The doorman was completely hands-off and no help at all. The hosting and management felt amateur.

This is another high-end development by Even empreendimentos, planned with smart layouts in 140 and 190 m² units across a 40-story tower. The project includes private social halls and extensive amenities: a covered tennis court, adult and children’s pools, a covered 25-meter lap pool with an ozonizing system, indoor and outdoor party areas, massage rooms, a gym, playground, pet area, a large private garden, and other services. There’s also an armored guard booth and an emergency elevator. Construction was nearing completion, with delivery expected in September 2024.
