Hospedaria Casa 373

The room felt like home, with a welcoming, comfortable, and safe atmosphere. Everything was very clean, and the bed linens smelled fresh. Camila was attentive and kind throughout my weekend in São Paulo. I was very happy with my stay at Studio casa 373 and plan to return to São Paulo and stay at Studio 373 again.

My first trip to SP was a great experience at the Hostel. It met my expectations, and I’ll definitely stay there the next time I visit.

The place was very clean, and there’s an excellent bakery one block away. The location was only so-so, though. The shared bathroom is outside the room, there’s no air conditioning, and the only fan was a noisy pedestal one. My room had little ventilation and no TV. Towels cost extra to rent, and there’s no breakfast. For the price, I didn’t feel I got any value, and I’ve had better hostel stays. It was quite different from what I expected, so even though I’d already paid for one more night, I left and moved somewhere that suited me better.

The host was welcoming, and there’s a recessed parking space with security cameras. I stayed three and a half days and would come back when I’m in town for work. My room had enough space for what I needed, and the shared bathroom was clean and roomy. There’s also a washroom downstairs. The hall has books and cozy decor. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, but no gas or electric stove. It does have a grill, microwave, and coffee maker, which I used. Nearby are an upscale bakery, a small market, a wine shop, a gas station, and an OMO laundromat. It’s about 20 minutes from Avenida Paulista and Parque Ibirapuera.
