Hostel Dumah

There were few guests while I was there, which made things comfortable. I had a large room on the first floor, and the showers had great hot water. The kitchen had plenty of different utensils, so cooking was easy. The location was good too, around a 10-minute walk from the subway. Still, the toilet door was broken, and the only charging sockets were by the entrance, not near the beds. The owner was the biggest problem. For some reason, he thought I was trying to cheat him over the daily rate for two people. We talked after 10 p.m., and he ended by telling us to move out the next day.

The host was extremely nice, and Marcus deserves a thank you. The place is simple, with a hot shower, fans and sockets in every room. There’s also a laundry machine.

The WhatsApp service was awful. The staff were extremely rude and poorly trained. Guests are paying customers, not asking for a favor, so that level of service is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances. They even mocked me, which was sad. I’m leaving this comment online so future customers can see how your “team” treats people.
