The separate paid parking felt quite secure and is covered, though it's old and tight for a large car, so getting in and out takes several maneuvers. The room itself had problems: the towels were dingy, the TV was old and had no volume, and the window locks seemed vulnerable. There was a lot of outside noise, which better window seals might reduce. Booking.com says guests get Wi-Fi, but there wasn't any, and breakfast isn't provided.

This place is awful. It was rented to the city government and has become a social hotel for women and trans women who are homeless or otherwise vulnerable. It's no longer for people visiting the city for sightseeing or shopping. The service is terrible. We can't bring snacks to our rooms or receive visits from other users. There's nowhere to put washed underwear, and we can't hang laundry in the room windows. With no washbasin, how are we supposed to wash underwear except in the sink? Only outer clothes can go to the laundry, not even socks.
