Hotel Cinelândia - Buenas Hoteis - Centro - São Paulo - SP

The room was really comfortable, and after two nights I regretted changing hotels. The location isn't as bad as areas farther north, and there are markets and restaurants very close by. Breakfast wasn't great. I waited 20 minutes just for more eggs, and the breakfast room gets crowded and hot.

The staff had bad manners and were no help at all. The rooms are smaller than they look in the photos, with old, worn furniture. I also ended up itching after spending the night there. I don't recommend it. You can find better places for your money nearby.

The area feels unsafe, especially at night, when it gets really dangerous. The room had no safe box, which was another downside. On the good side, it was clean, people were respectful, the air conditioner cooled well, and breakfast was very good.

The location had a lot of homeless people, which made me a little uneasy, although nothing happened to me and maybe that was just my own prejudice. The hotel itself gave me nothing to complain about. The staff were always kind and thoughtful, and helped a lot with transport and places to eat. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was wonderful, with fruit, pastries, coffee, milk, yogurt, eggs, and sausage.
