It felt safe and clean, and the price was reasonable. Just be ready to hear some moaning now and then 😉

For someone on a business trip who just needs a place to rest, the value is great. There’s no breakfast, though, and I didn’t see wheelchair access. The location is very good, with some great restaurants nearby. One thing: avoid the first floor, especially rooms near reception. You can hear everything people say outside, and the doorbell is unbearable. Get a room on a higher floor.

The place itself is simple and quiet, and the service depends on who’s working. The young woman on the morning shift was kind, and the guy with glasses helped me with local places, snack bars, and landmarks. He even offered me a cup of coffee. The other two receptionists were polite and nice too. I stayed because a friend recommended the hotel for being quiet. She had warned me about the grumpy, rude man who works overnight, but I went ahead with the stay anyway. My only advice is not to ask him for information, since he makes the atmosphere unpleasant. It wasn’t just my impression. I was there with someone else in January, and although I’ll be returning to São Paulo, I won’t stay here again because of that.

The attendant was kind and got me checked in early. It was good value overall, though the place is a bit noisy and having to hand over the key every time you go out gets tiring.
