The room was spotless and well organized, a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. Check-in was quick, and they gave us complimentary gifts with the stay, so I had a great time and would come back. We didn't try the food, maybe next time.

The motel was great overall, and everything looked really clean. I took off a star because the sheets or blanket cost extra, and the slippers were awful.

The other receptionists were excellent, but one night-shift receptionist lost my business. I had been staying at hotel colonial every week while in São Paulo for work, since I live inland. On 16/12/25, after I had paid for the night, I asked to change rooms because of a strong cigarette smell. He charged me 30 reais and gave me an individual's CPF instead of using the hotel's Pix. Later I asked for ice, and when I requested a bigger bucket than the small one he sent, he wanted another 12 reais. I returned the ice. I won't be going back from now on.
