Hotel Flex Tatuapé

The room was tiny, with nowhere to put a suitcase or hang clothes. The ads said there was a minibar, but when I arrived I was told there wasn't one. The bathroom was cramped too, and the toilet sits right in front of a glass door, so the other person in the room can see everything. Very uncomfortable. The front desk service was awful, and the staff seemed completely unprepared. The garage is tight and small, and breakfast was very poor, with watery coffee. For the price, the service is not worth it. A really bad experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

I chose Hotel Flex twice because it was close to a university I needed to visit, and the location worked well for me. The rooms were clean, organized, and new, the staff were good, and breakfast was tasty. For the price, it felt worthwhile, and I'd recommend staying here. A minibar in the rooms would be a useful improvement. On my last visit, I was in a room at the back and could hear loud music from a nearby house or bar, which bothered me a little.

I stayed with my daughter from 12.10 to 13.10. 25 in a double room, and paid 373,00 for 2 nights. I picked this hotel because it was near the place I needed to go, and it met my expectations for what it offers and costs. The room's window faced the avenue, so traffic noise was bothersome. The shower stall was so narrow I had to turn sideways to avoid hitting my elbows on the walls. It would help to provide a hand towel and a clothes rail or hanger in the room. A minibar costs extra and isn't available in every room. The parking area is small, and some cars can get blocked in, so check availability first. I took the bus and didn't use it. I liked how clean and organized the hotel was. The breakfast was satisfying for a two-star hotel, with clean tables and suitable cutlery. The air conditioning and TV both worked.
