The room was a relaxing place to come back to after a busy day at work or an event. The beds were excellent, and the shower had great pressure and temperature. I was in São Paulo for an event at Expo Center Norte and chose the hotel for its location, which worked out well overall. Cris in the kitchen deserves a special mention. She’s very friendly and attentive, and takes time to chat with guests, which made the service feel warmer and more personal. Breakfast was decent but fairly simple, and could use more variety. Parking could also be better: space is limited, so getting in or maneuvering can be difficult when there are more cars. Still, it was a very good stay, and I’d consider coming back.

I hope to come back soon. The hotel is well located, with a great garage, and my room was very clean and cozy. Everyone was thoughtful and attentive, from housekeeping and the kitchen to reception. Simply excellent.

The staff were very friendly, and the price felt fair. Everything was simple, but clean and cozy, and the accommodation was excellent. Breakfast was really good too. I’d definitely come back and recommend it. Ten out of ten.

The front desk is open 24 hours, which is great. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices, and Cris gave exceptional service. She’s a sweetheart. Everything was great, nothing to complain about. I’d stay here many more times.

The thing that made Hotel Laundos feel like a good hotel to me wasn’t its star rating, it was how much it felt like home. That’s exactly how I felt during my stay. I spent two weeks there while taking a course at a nearby college, having traveled from Argentina. The team were so friendly and attentive to everyone’s needs. Since having hot water for my mate/chimarrão matters a lot to me, they’d ask every morning at breakfast if I needed some. My room and bathroom were spacious, and the room was cleaned and restocked daily. A big hug to everyone who works there. I’m sure I’ll return to Hotel Laundos if I ever come back to São Paulo.
