Hotel Montreal

Whenever I've stayed there, everything has been great. The service is fine and the bed is clean. I highly recommend it, and I always stay there when I go to São Paulo.

My visit gets an 8 out of 10. The service could be better, and if they improve it, I'll raise my score to 9. This is a simple hotel, not a motel, so don't expect motel extras, but I was comfortable. The place is clean and organized, the renovated rooms are pleasant, and the shower is very good. It's a nice stopover for resting. The snack I ordered was tasty, nicely put together, and didn't take long to arrive.

Water was leaking from a tap by the entrance. Inside, the room wasn't properly cleaned: the toilet, sinks, blankets, and floor were dirty. The service was awful too. They nearly didn't leave toilet paper because, they said, it would come out of their own pockets, and someone kept switching off the air conditioning from outside to save power. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

It's simple, but clean and cozy. The reception is a letdown: nobody greets you at the entrance, and the staff stay hidden behind dark glass. In the double room, there was no bathroom door for showering or using the toilet. The shower had little water and was very hot, and the pillows were hard as bricks.
