Hotel New House

The rooms are comfortable and the service was really good. My only downside was the soundproofing, though it didn't disturb my sleep or my stay. I loved being here and would come back.

Right next to the Boa vista shopping mall, it's well placed for getting to marginal pinheiros and Panambi. The room is very basic but tidy, and the cleanliness matches what you'd expect for the price. The air conditioning works, and while the bed is hard, it was okay. Breakfast was better than average for this price, with bread, fruit, cake, juice, yogurt, cereal, and eggs. It was a complete spread.

The street-facing room was very noisy, and the breakfast was quite basic. That alone would have been fine, but items weren't replenished while breakfast was being served. The cleaning wasn't very good either, despite what many comments here say. I came back to read the reviews after staying with my family this weekend, wondering if I'd misunderstood something. I could see that the staff were trying, but the planning and management left a lot to be desired. The sheets on the beds were stained and just lay loose over the mattresses, with nothing else available to cover ourselves. I've never encountered that in any hotel or inn I've stayed at, even very simple ones. The bath towels were thin, small, and stained, while the bathroom floor cloth seemed better quality. The poor-quality toothbrushes and combs in the bathroom weren't useful; towel rails and a toilet paper holder would have mattered more and are basic necessities. The bathroom's modern sink and shower stall might look nice in photos, but a solid door would be more practical. The glass door offers no privacy, which I don't understand. Being simple doesn't mean poor cleaning or missing essentials for a pleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

Whenever I come to SP on vacation, usually two or three times a year, I stay here. The first time I visited, the hotel had just opened, and my stays have only gotten better since. I have nothing to complain about. I've recommended it to people I know, and they say the same and plan to return whenever they can. The staff are polite and well prepared, and the cleanliness is impeccable, from reception and the corridors to the fresh-smelling rooms. The rooms have smart TVs, a minibar, air conditioning that really helps on hot days, and a table for snacks or work. The bed is comfortable, the sheets are bright white, the blankets smell lovely, and the bathroom is spotless. It makes me want to live here. Breakfast is great and has something for all my tastes, a bit of everything. The kitchen is great too. I often order snacks and portions, and I've never seen such good prices for food that tastes so delicious. At other places I've been, the prices were sky high and the food wasn't nearly as good. The hotel has everything I need. Congrats to the whole team, keep it up! Did I mention breakfast? Haha. If I could give it a 10, I would. A 100 even. Five stars hardly seems enough for what the hotel offers.
