Crislaine, Joao, and Sergio made the stay great. They were really understanding and helpful, and I want to thank them for it. I recommend the hotel.

The big beds and fairly quiet hotel were a plus, and the location is good. Breakfast and Wi-Fi were nothing special, but for the price it was good value.

I stay at this hotel whenever I come to São Paulo, and was there again at the end of the semester. The price for what you get and the location are great. But breakfast was terrible this time, and the staff there made no effort to improve it. I asked if they could fry an egg and they refused. There was basically just bread with margarine.

The location is excellent, with the metro nearby and several bars right on the street. There's also a market in the neighboring square on Sundays, and the price was reasonable. But breakfast had no protein at all, not even mortadella. We arrived at 6 a.m. the day after our 2 p.m. check-in date and found no towels or toilet paper in the room. They brought a towel when we asked, but the hotel had run out of toilet paper, and the people sent to buy more wouldn't bring it until the afternoon. How does that happen?
