Hotel Paddock

The biggest difference during my stay was Beatriz at reception. I arrived on 03/01/2026 with my 3-month-old after an unexpected problem on the way back from a trip. I was in crisis, overwhelmed with bags, and had no idea what to do. Beatriz looked after me from start to finish, found an affordable room rate, and helped me get settled. She even brought me water, which she paid for herself because the hotel doesn't provide it. The hotel itself is very well kept, and breakfast was wonderful. But Beatriz deserves special thanks for being so kind and professional when I really needed it. Thank you, Hotel Padock, and thank you, Beatriz. May God bless and reward you.

The staff were polite and the hotel looked promising, but the room, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and minibar situation were disappointing for the price. There isn't a minibar in the room, so you can't chill water or anything else that needs to stay cold. The Wi-Fi is terrible, and when I asked them to fix it, they said they'd look into it but nothing got done.

I always feel at home here because they go out of their way to make me comfortable. Adélia runs the kitchen like nobody else, and Dai at reception is always helpful and incredibly warm. Stephani, the manager, is part of that too and is always ready to offer the best she can to make the stay a good one. The service is spectacular.

Good value for money. The rooms are simple, but they're tidy and well cared for, and everything looks new and clean. The kitchen has plenty available, from lunch and dinner to snacks and little bites, and the food is tasty and well made.
