The room was in poor shape and badly laid out. We booked because we needed air conditioning, so we left it running to come back to a cool room, but the cleaner had switched it off. On the 18th floor we could still hear the nightclub. The windows need to be better suited to the location.

Paulista is very close, with bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, and I found the location great. My room was clean and had a little fridge, air conditioning, a safe, a TV, and a warm blanket if needed. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful, though not everyone spoke English. The WiFi was sometimes unreliable, which could be a problem if you need to work.

The stairs at the back leading to every room are a bit odd, so keep them in mind if you're carrying a lot of luggage. The neighborhood is noisy, but the windows do a good job of keeping the room quiet. Breakfast was nice, and the price felt like good value.

The room was clean, and the TV was nice; the fridge came in handy too. Friendly place, good location, and a nice breakfast. I don't like melons, so having more kinds of fruit would be the one improvement I'd suggest.

Ben hur, Ismaildo and the other colleagues at reception were the nicest people I've met on this trip. The hotel is near Paulista avenue and the art museum, with plenty of places for a night out just a few minutes' walk away. Good vibes and a nice breakfast 🥐🥖.
