The location is fantastic, but the apartment really wasn't clean enough. There was a lot of mold in the bathrooms and little flies around.

You get a lot for what you pay.

Cafes, restaurants, and a bakery are all close by, and the stay itself was really comfortable. The room was tidy and had everything we needed, from a water filter on the tap to salt, olive oil, and coffee in the kitchen. We arrived around 4 in the morning after traveling and got in without any trouble. We had no check-in or fire alarm issues at all, despite what I'd read. One tip for the automated WhatsApp service: if something is urgent, type “atendente” and a person should get in touch soon.

I stayed twice, once in March and again in April, for two nights each time. The service was very good, my room was clean, and there are utensils available for use in the kitchenette. The area worked well for getting around, with around six places to reach on foot, including restaurants and breweries open at night. There's a great bakery on the same street for breakfast, and the confectionery next door is pricey but has some amazing food. I didn't use the pool or gym, though the pool looked clean and inviting, and the gym equipment looked new and modern. My only suggestion is to provide luggage storage. I missed having it both times. I'd recommend the place and expect to return next month. During my first stay, there was a huge storm and the city was chaotic. A tree fell by the entrance, and we lost power all night and into the morning, then lost water too.
