We couldn’t check in because the pinhead on Expedia / VRBO never replied. We had to book again through Expedia. The guard was very nice, but couldn’t help us at all.
It’s small, but has everything you need. A really nice place to stay on a vacation trip.
The building is clean, well organized, and really well equipped, with polite staff around at any hour. The location is excellent, just two blocks from the mall, but planes pass overhead about every two minutes, almost right into the suite. The noise goes on all day. At night, I think it’s quiet enough to sleep from 11 pm to 6 am. There’s no garage, and only a few street parking spots, though some places nearby say they’re open 24 hours.
The building itself is very good, but the coworking space is awful. It’s right by the entrance, with lots of people walking through and a lot of noise. It should be somewhere more private.
I liked the apartment I stayed in, and the location is great, very close to the subway. I was there for almost a month. The building has everything, including a pool, a jacuzzi that was very dirty, a laundry room, and a small market. But the receptionists are rude and poorly trained, and make no effort to be kind to guests. It feels like they think they’re doing you a huge favor. When I left, a guy Senador at reception watched me for an hour while I dragged my bags and tried to open the door. He didn’t even bother to open it. They don’t want to be there. Without all of them, the building would be perfect.
