The owner was the worst part for me: extremely grumpy and stingy, and I’d be careful about leaving belongings in the room because he rummages through everything. The rooms are tiny and moldy, there are cockroaches everywhere, and the price is outrageous. A real dump.

It’s a simple, clean place in a good spot, close to the metro. The street felt safe, and parking at night was easy.
