Laguna 430

The staff and assistant building manager are so lovely and extremely helpful. It's a wonderful building, well equipped and in a great location. There aren't many parking spaces there, but there's a 24-hour lot on the block, and usually plenty of open spots on the street too. Loved it!!!

When the power goes out, the condominium gives residents no basic attention. We've been through all kinds of trouble, and everything gets resolved as slowly as possible.

A peaceful neighborhood, with polite and efficient outsourced staff, and the shared spaces stay clean. The building is right in the heart of Chácara Santo Antônio, an upscale neighborhood in the south zone, near Brooklin, Vila Olímpia, and Morumbi. It's also close to a train station and has a good range of bus routes. Security is well set up, with cameras, facial recognition, and biometrics. The infrastructure is excellent and seems ideal for one person or a couple. The common areas are very satisfying: a solarium, full gym, playroom, barbecue areas, a large, nicely decorated party room, comfortable co-working space with lots of seats, a pet area, and more.

Laguna 430 is very close to the train station, and there are plenty of bus routes too. The neighborhood is pleasant, safe, well lit, and clean, with a wide choice of supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, and convenience centers.
