It was a great stay. The area felt safe, the place was sophisticated and quiet, and everything was new and working perfectly. It looked just like the photos. Check-in is from 3 p.m., as they say, so arriving then shouldn't cause any problem. I highly recommend it.
The room was good and clean, and reception was very friendly. But I was disappointed to learn guests aren't allowed to use the gym, even though they say there is one. I chose and paid a higher rate for this Charlie because of the gym, so not being able to use it was really frustrating.
A terrible experience. I arrived at 10 in the morning with the company, and it's nearly 3 now, but still no check-in. They ask you to do it well in advance, and I did. Nobody is sorting anything out.
The service was a really bad experience. Check-in should have been quick and simple, but I spent hours trying to get it sorted, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Internal issues weren't being resolved, and I just kept getting passed from one person to another. It left me worn out and frustrated.
Clean rooms, a new building, and an excellent location.
