I loved staying here, and preferred it to other 5* hotels. Everything was so clean you could eat off the floor, and the staff were friendly and helpful, with some speaking English. My one letdown was the sauna: it’s actually a steam room. Coming from Finland, I was a little disappointed ;). Joking aside, it’s a really nice hotel, and it’s also a hotel-school.

I wasn't staying at the Hotel when I went for dinner, but the reception staff were very helpful and directed me to the restaurant upstairs. I chose the all-you-can-eat option. There’s no waiter service, so you serve yourself from the catering area. There was a good choice of salads and meat. As far as I know, the restaurant is still open to people who aren't Hotel guests.

Breakfast was quite good, and the room was spotless, with soft, bright towels. The service was very good too. The price is a little steep, but I’d certainly come back.

The service was good, and I was pleased we stayed here. It’s downtown, though the fun areas aren’t really close enough to walk to.

I only came for a Workshop, so I can’t give a complete review. The room worked fine for the Workshop. The restaurant was okay, though a bit expensive.
