We were only in São Paulo for a short stay, and the owner looked after us personally. Her service was excellent, and she clearly cared about making sure we had a good experience. Inside, the hotel was comfortable, very nice, and well maintained, with a great location.

The location was such a plus, in a quiet, safe neighborhood with restaurants, bakeries, a pharmacy, a gym, and other places all within walking distance. Telma, the owner, was so kind, helpful, and polite, and her care made the stay feel special. The hotel itself is charming and full of thoughtful details. Every space felt designed to make guests feel at home, and we really did feel welcome. We loved our stay and hope to return whenever we can. It was comfortable, welcoming, and unforgettable. Highly recommend!

I went with my husband, and staying at Live House felt like being in a little piece of heaven. We were taken with Dona Telma's warmth right from the start. She welcomed us like family and was so helpful, even guiding us to a place we were looking for. The care showed in every detail of the decor, and the rooms were even more beautiful in person than in the photos. As Dona Telma introduced each space, it felt like more than a place to stay, it was an experience that went beyond a service. We stayed in the very cute, romantic, cozy Suíte do Amor. We also met Gold, a lovely, calm little chihuahua who enjoys affection but only comes over if you want him to. I learned a bit about the other suites too, including Suíte da Gratidão and Suíte do Perdão. Their decor, colors, and chromotherapy fit each room's idea. The way I see it, Live House is a healing environment, whether you need that or weren't even thinking about it. My husband and I loved it, and we'll definitely be back. I'm so grateful to Dona Telma. What a lovely experience, I recommend it without hesitation!

We booked three suites for the family after our wedding, and everyone got ready there: my parents, my mother-in-law, my stepdaughter, my fiancé, and me. Then we had our first breakfast as a married couple with our parents, and it was wonderful. Telma welcomed us so warmly into her beautiful, immaculate place. She was a wonderful host, and the whole stay was a lovely experience, not just a hotel visit. Every minute was perfect, and these moments will stay with us forever. Thank you so much!
