Lush Motel Ipiranga

The dinner and breakfast were a mess for us. Some dinner items were missing, so we ate at different times, and my breakfast tapioca tasted like scrambled eggs. I’m vegan, and had said so both in the reservation and when ordering, so I left hungry before work. The room controls barely worked. We had to shut the room’s power off to restart it, while the sauna and smart TV app never worked at all. There was one large men’s slipper and one small women’s slipper, which wasn’t much use for two 6'3" guys in a gay couple. The jacuzzi jets had tufts of hair stuck in them. The pool water looked clean, but the area behind it was disgusting. The food itself was okay, though the service was terrible. When we checked out, the bill was wildly wrong. They first added R$ 245, then brought it down to R$ 81 total after most charges turned out to be duplicated or already included in the Lush sensation offer. This was nowhere near the high-end experience advertised on the website. I’m really disappointed, especially after having much better stays in hotels that were supposedly lower end.
