Watch out if you book this through hotels.com. I paid for two nights, but when I arrived they wouldn’t recognize my reservation. This is fraud.

For more than a month, the fire alarms have been going off nearly every day and night, sometimes for hours at a time. They seem to have no intention of fixing them.

Way too expensive for this: noisy, shoddy finishes, a disorganized team, and terrible service. The front desk is completely ineffective.

The building is the most modern in the area and really well equipped. There’s a pool on a high floor with a lovely view of SP. Excellent place.
